Yep homes 10 miles away, will cause the biggest drain on everyone can’t ell you the last time I went to SS, to lord on their retail...oh wait I shop the net, not brick and mortar. Pretty sure those buying the new homes do the same. Even my parents shop on line and they are in their 80s.
The only time I purchase on line is when the brick and mortar stores do not carry the item. I much prefer to select my purchase in person. But....that's just me. I know I'm probably in the minority.
