Yes, a hazmat should be mandatory. The Fed gov. ought to mandate that EVERYONE wear a hazmat suit with a closed oxygen system. Also, in order to be 100% sure of not becoming infected, you MUST have a decontamination system before reentering your home. Ultraviolet light and a sanitizer shower must be used.
