FUNNY you mention that. When we bought we told our agent it had to be 3 miles from Starbucks (not for a dog but for our own walk every morning. She of course thought we were nuts but she did it. We found a place in Amelia 2.98 miles walk from our front door to SBX front door at LSL!
There are a couple homes around here for sale you should tell her to check out Amelia.
