I grew up with two kinds of chili, neither a Tex-Mex. Central Ohio Chili and Cincinnati Chili.

Here is the recipe or you can buy the spice packet at Publix. You must offer finely grated cheddar, Kidney beans and raw grated onion and oyster crackers with it ...and of course serve it over angel hair pasta. It is Greek and most of Columbus and Cincinnati was German when I grew up.
