someone is making these policies, & they need to address these types of situations. it's why briana taylor's cases was bunguled. what exactly is a 'no-knock' warrant? isn't a warrant delivered in person, so the constable can put the document in your hand, therefore confirming delivery? help me figure this out
A no knock warrant is just that. You aren’t required to knock before entering the premises. However, in this case, even though they had a no knock warrant, they did knock and identified themselves. There were witnesses to that effect.
