Try walking and getting fresh air. Treadmills tend to become a clothes hanger. I've seen enough of that to not buy one. Save your money and get comfortable walking shoes. I wear my Garmin tracker and I map out several walking routes to break the routine. It has worked very well for my wife and me. Try it before you plunk down the money. You may be pleasantly surprised
