I wanted to thank the gentleman who stopped to assist me when my golf cart "conked out" in the tunnel near the Colony Rec Center. He pulled over, grabbed his tow rope and towed me up to the top of the tunnel so I could get the cart into the Colony Rec Center parking lot. A big thanks!

I also want to give a "shout out" to Kart Aide for their prompt help to trailer my golf cart home. When I called in, they advised that they were on another call and would get to me in about 45 minutes. The driver showed up sooner, trailered my golf cart and put it in the garage for me. He was very professional and in looking over the cart, he thought the issue might be with my fuel injector.

I have unfortunately had need of Kart Aide assistance twice in the 7 years that I have been a member (the previous time was a flat tire when I was about 4 miles from home), but each time I have been glad that I have kept my policy active. It is one of those things that you pay for and hope you never need, but are glad you have it when it is needed.
