Hi everyone... first-time poster. I've been lurking for a while and getting familiar with TV. I have a couple questions that relate to new vs. pre-owned.
1. Is there a significant difference in the property tax rates among the three counties that TV is spread across?
2. Is there a significant difference in the annual fees related to the various CDDs?
3. How much more restrictive are the covenants (if that is the correct term) in the new areas compared to the pre-owned that are further north, but west of 27/441?
