Use a hair dryer on the low heat setting. It softens the material and makes it easier to remove. Also a plastic scraper will help.
Keep moving the hair dryer so it doesn’t affect the paint.

PS: NEVER USE A PAINT REMOVAL HEAT GUN !!!!!!!
