What the news is - is the CEO of Pfizer announcing in front of the mainstream media, who is presenting the announcement live, whatever he announces about the vaccine. That really IS news. Whether it's on mainstream media or alt-right conspiracy crack-sites or on your mom's answering machine - it qualifies as legitimate news. What Joe Anchorman says might happen as a result of this announcement? That's opinion. It's "spin." And it's also factually correct. That result really and truly MIGHT happen. Will it happen? Who knows. That's in the future. No one can predict the future. But if it ends up happening, then Joe Anchorman's prediction will have been correct. Does that make Joe Anchorman's prediction news? Nope. But - you know what? It makes the fact that Joe Anchorman made a prediction that came true - news.
Perhaps a subtle difference to some. A pretty obvious difference to those who understand news vs. opinion, journalism vs. editorialism.
The fact that there was an election on November 3? That's news. It is an actual thing that really did happen.
What this station thinks about that election? Not news. Not "fake news" - it's just not news at all. It's an opinion. Opinions aren't news. They're opinions.
It's like the entirety of American civilization has forgotten the difference between information and opinion.

Most all news is agenda driven and the dumbing down of America. It’s amazing how little people really know. Some people will say”(I never heard that!)”. Because the news they watch never tells them anything but propaganda and their agenda. They really believe if their favorite news don’t tell it, then it didn’t happen. Could the majority be sheep to the slaughter?
