We built a Putnam which is a similar but smaller home. On the Woodside, I really like the brick/stucco, the dual closets in master. The only real thing I didn’t like was the location of bedroom 4. If you plan to turn that into a den area and watch TV there the location could be an issue since it is close to the master if one person is watching TV while the other tries to sleep. One of the good things about building is you can move things around. If you could move that bedroom 4 up to the front where the nook is and turn it into a den that would basically be the location of bedroom 4 in a Putnam. We didn’t put a closet in BR 4 and turned it into a den that looks out the front to our view of Sugar Cane. My wife uses it in the morning and I watch TV there in the evening.
You really need to think about how you live and what works for you. Finally, I will say the two bedrooms on the one side of the home get very little use. They are nice to have but 99% of the time they just sit there. Same with the living room, we use our BR 4 den unless we have company. Good luck on your build.
