The DPA will FINALLY need to be activated to produce enough freezer equipment for ALL US hospitals to be vaccine delivery centers. Also, 2 doses needed. And right now only 50% of the people would choose to take that vaccine. So, a huge education undertaking will be needed to convince the public of its effectiveness. The whole thing is too PREMATURE to even discuss intelligently at this early stage. Many things will change in that time period. It is a fluid situation.

Use of masks: Again too premature to get too opinionated about that. Social norms are always changing. It may be a statement today to NOT wear a mask - but, in a few months, everyone COULD (?) be wearing one. I, personally, hope that the price of N-95s drops down significantly and is available to everyone - again the DPA is much needed - and it could mean needed manufacturing jobs in the US!
I expect for you to be vaccinated by Jan 30, 2020.
