Take a close look at the door track, on the outside there should be drain holes to let out any water that accumulates in the track. Make sure these are not blocked by dirt and debris. If you do not see any drain holes on the outside, check the inside, and if they are on the inside you will need to have discussion with the installer.
IMHO, with some of the rains we have been having it is possible you are getting more water in the track than can be drained by existing holes and more may be required.
