Emabarq has a new deal on Dish, phone, and DSL internet. Check it out. I've had Comcast and just couldn't deal with their miserable customer service and billing any longer. Quality of the picture on dish beats theirs ten times over.
DSL is at 10MB, very competitive with cable modem, and seldom goes down, unlike comcast.
