Why are we choosing to ignore and resist the obvious facts? Wearing a mask and respecting social distancing not only protects the wearer’s life, but more importantly the lives of those around him. It’s been proven here in the U.S. that these simple practices will slow and even stop the spread of COVID in a matter of weeks. We could flatten the curve very quickly while awaiting the arrival of the vaccine. Saving lives and avoiding a very difficult way to die is not a political issue. Why are we making it one?

I agree, simply common sense. Essential workers have to wear masks for long hours to protect others and themselves. I'm only glad to do my small part to wear a mask and social distance. I listen to the experts not someones so called opinion.
