Developer under criminal investigation for possible elections fraud
As a result of the use of "fake" candidates to disenfranchise voters in last August's Republican primary, the Developer (along with the "fake" candidates and the incumbents whom the "fake" candidates were helping) are under criminal investigation by the FDLE for possible elections fraud.
