As far as "change" goes, Mr. Obama was interviewed by Brian Williams today regarding these issues and the President stated "I screwed up".

So after less than 3 weeks in office, Mr. Obama admitted he made a mistake. That appears to be considerable "change" from the previous person in the same office.
