But, I can almost guarantee nothing can attach or touch to you’re neighbors house inside the yard. And can’t repaint neighbors house wall cause it’s not their property. Neighbor might may say go ahead, but when they sell that’s when problem starts.
When I’m out waking see violations all time. Plant vines growing up Side of houses, bushes planted too close, palms planted to close, stuff hanging on walls that not theirs. Easements and restrictions are there for reason.
