As I was reading all the posts I was thinking that if drivers are individuals with non-commercial insurance and there is an accident, their insurance could refuse to pay or limit amount of settlement since vehicle was being used in a commercial enterprise rather than just personal. If someone is doing business they need to be insured for that business.
