You can sell six cars, real street cars, a year here with no dealer license or tax to the seller but it's more complicated to buy or sell a horse. Yes, I said a horse... LOL That being said... You can buy or sell a golf cart easier than buying at McDonald's and there's really no "title" as there's no true VIN on the vehicle... Just a date of manufacture and origin.. as for insurance, you may as well insure the rocks in front of your house if you expect a settlement after a LSV claim in FL
