Gas not that hard it don’t mind fooling with gas lines.

Thanks. Electric & plastic seems easy. Hardest part seems to be taking the old one off the shelf and lifting the new one up! Yea, did a Navien gas tankless in NJ but didn't want to get 500 messages saying it wasn't safe to DIY. Even ran a copper recirc line but we had a crawlspace so it was easy to reach the MBR line from below.
