We were told by different floor companies that they would not recommend vinyl planking in our enclosed lanai unless it was cooled and/or heated constantly which we do not. We turn the air or heat on only when we’re out there. Also, if your lanai is in direct sunlight, it could fade. Tile would be the better choice if this is the case, but of course it costs more.
