Just replaced a gas 50 gal water heater - bradford smith - made in USA and also had 2 valves replaced ( shutoff and humidifier tap ) total out the door was $1650 - may be a little higher than most but I dont always but the cheapest - included a pan and a expansion tank. Probably took the guy 2 hours with next day service - very satisfied
