Yes, absolutely, and it's because they are a privately owned and operated franchise not what would be considered a "big box" chain. That being said, their prices are mostly very high and never could understand how they can survive selling individual nuts & bolts (which is what makes them so great). I wouldn't go there to buy an expensive power tool because price is important to me but when I need a SAE thread nut it's my go to place.
They are like the old hometown hardware stores which mostly went out of existence eons ago when Home Depot showed up.
