If that's all he did, it wasn't enough. He should have found out the cause of the breaker tripping. Was the circuit overloaded? Is there a loose wire? At least for the $144.00, he should have done that. A competent and honest electrician he is not. Take the money and run!!
Educate the customer and you'll get repeat business or referrals.
