Your thinking would be wrong.
We live 1.75ish miles from the Polo Fields and could recognize the songs with our double panes closed. We opened the door to the lanai so we could hear better. Could not see stage or video screens very well at all.
Half the neighborhood (exaggeration) was out on the street trying to figure out where the noise was coming from.
