Another part of the problem is that with the recent lawsuit settlement for north side residents (CDD's north of rte 466), the developer was limited as to the number of tee times he could use for executive golf courses in that area. Subsequently, he INCREASED the number of tee times that he blocks out on the south side executive courses, making it more difficult to get tee times for these courses.
With Creekside Landing opening in February, it is only going to get worse for the next two months.
