I owned a Curtis Cab cart for several years. I did not find it too hot in summer but I also had a fan unit installed. If the design is the same as the one I had the drawback is the fact you need clearance to open the doors because they push out and fold back which can be an issue when people park too close to you. Also the doors need to be either open or closed no in between. They also can swing out when making turns when driving. I switched to a Sleekline enclosure 5 years ago the difference is the doors slide open & closed so no extra clearance is required and can be partially open to improve airflow inside when driving. I think the Sleekline is warmer during the summer than the Curtis Cab but I still have the fan.
There are other types of hard side enclosures out there but these are the only ones I have owned and I prefer both over the original fabric/plastic enclosure. I would suggest, if you can, test driving carts with the different types to see how they function and which you prefer. Good luck.
