That, and the concept that an ER, an Urgent Care center or a doctor can see someone with flu-like symptoms and make a diagnosis of "presumptive COVID", and bill accordingly. Will that diagnosis get changed if a COVID test comes back negative---your guess is as good as mine, but..........
