Yes they will prewire for fans or additional lights you might want or floor outlets in the middle of your living room etc. They will also do extensions on length and width of your home garage etc. Another option many people don't know about is that they will raise the ceilings in bedrooms etc for a very minimal cost really makes the rooms seem much bigger. My friend recently built a new designer home and had the whole back of her house extended an extra two feet which then allowed her to completely change her bathroom and add a beautiful walk-in Roman shower larger master bedroom and closet and Lanai. Extensions or expansions are fairly reasonable cost if added before the home is built. You can also take builders credit for kitchen appliances and then go and pick out your own wherever you want.
