Downside to living here in TV is the maintenance you have to pay for mowing, trimming, pest control, and fertilizing. Runs a lot of money in the course of the year. Companies that do the work are good for a while then the it slacks off. Its a headache looking for another company. Many senior communities include this in their fees.
