We just had our landscaping redone. Requested TerraScape come out to prepare a bid. We met with them and they would not give us an estimate until we committed to having them do the work. (Must have learned this approach from Congress - gotta buy it to see how much it costs.) Seemed backwards to us, so we went with someone else (Village Palms).
