I don’t believe in guilt trips sorry.

People need to be charge a proper amount per job. It is not a matter of who deserves a tip. How am I suppose to guess how much a job is worth? What is involved? What materials are needed? How much they cost? How humble is my service person? I prefer a proper estimate of costs rather than guessing at all these things myself. With a waiter one can see the service one receives and knows how much the food costs, with contractors usually one does not.
