The original question about a "lawn lantern" or whatever they may be called is a serious question. I'm referring to the light on a post/pedestal/pillar/pole on every Villager's front lawn. They're usually about 6'-7' tall. Everyone has one on their front lawn. I'm not sure what they're technically called, and I humbly apologize for that, but I wasn't expecting that my description would be hard to figure out.

It's the light on a pole in our yards --- I'm inquiring about variations from the common ones. Some of the "different" ones for instance can be quite high, like 9 or 10 feet tall. Others are more decorative like a ball on a pedestal. I'm talking about alternatives to the common ones you see on 90% of Villages lawns. I was wondering where people get them and if they need approval.
Definitely give Community Standards a call and run it by them.
