I don't know how you would expect to get any kind of relevant numbers for enclosing your lanai by anyone other than the vendor. There are so many options and installers out there to contact and share your wants and needs. About the only take away from these posts are a few vendors to contact.
I knew my only want for my enclosure was to keep out the dirt, rain and wind. Single pane glass was what I used since I wasn't heating and cooling. The sliders are easy to remove if needed for a good cleaning. The lanai is 9x20 and was approximately $6200 and gives so much more flexibility....very happy with my decision.
