Interesting article and ironic in a way that you post this. I received a call from Pennsylvania today from a friend who reminded me to make sure I read up on this very provision. I am afraid there is much more...this thing will pass and we will need to live with anything that was forced in and we are being rushed to do it even on items that do not influence our current financial situation, although those supporting claim there is some economic gains to be held.
