For that money, you could be in one of the best Premier homes on the other side of the lake, with a view of the same lighthouse and be on a golf course! And the interior site homes are in the 1/2 million range. A nice designer on a golf course seems like a better idea.
I'm not even that nuts about being so close to the town square or the bridge with the traffic on it.
So for my money you can keep them.
