Microwave. We have used a coffee maker with thermal carafe for years. Hot plates burn the coffee. Use Microwave to reheat coffee in the cup for 60 seconds or so. Results in a warm cup as well on cool mornings and keeps coffee hot for a while longer because cup gets heated too. Do Microwaves really create radioactive food?
