MLS all the way. We listed ours with Tammy Freilich of Re/Max and she was great. Professional. Sold our 2/2 cyv in one week.
We went with REMAX -Mark Sevegny. He is a former contractor and was able to help with issues dealing with the home we were selling and the home we bought. Outside realtors are very motivated. The Villages have a clunky website and Stearing potential buyers to newly built homes. We sold our home in three days.
