Another advantage is that if you want to come here and buy a lot, you can put any kind of house that you want on it. Eventually, most of the manufactured homes will be gone and there will be a wide variety of site built homes.

Also there is no bond in the town of Lady Lake.

People have also commented that they like the mature vegetation. Then again, some people like everything new looking.

It's all about what you like and what you can afford.
