My question is what are the things you guys do down there to combat the bugs. Not talking about homes, but on your person. Are there any kind of bug sprays, repellents, lotions, etc. that you would recommend? Any other remedies? Are some areas worse than others with bugs? Thanks for any suggestions.

Living in Marsh Bend and the mozzies were fierce round Christmas time. I fought off three of them within a few minutes of leaving home. Seem to be at their worst under cover of darkness though they’re visible daytime as well. Needed a chair and a whip to keep them at bay - and I’m only partially joking.
