welcome!! you will love it here! electricity is aprox $90 a month, give or take, but i fall asleep with the tv on,, so i imagine it would be lower if i didn't. gas is under $50 most times. amenities fall in around $160ish, then whatever you pay for homeowners or car insurance, if needed. i LOVE publix, but you will find better deals @ wynn-dixie, esp the 2 for 1 sales. it's a good time to stock up or grab xtra items for the food pantry.
