We love our Woodside, it solved a number of problems we saw in other floor plans we looked at. We bought a spec house Woodside so there was no opportunity to make changes but fortunately the builder enlarged both the garage and lanai so it is pretty close to perfect. If we had built a custom version some of the nice-to-have but definitely not mandatory "tweaks" we would have done would be to stretch the guest bedrooms/guest bathroom/LR side of the house by maybe two feet. Next the laundry room could be about 6 inches wider, we were able to get two LG front loader washer/dryer to fit but you have to use 90 degree elbows on the dryer exhaust hose to get it to be close enough to the wall for the laundry room door to close and it clears with only about 1/2 inch to spare. We use bedroom #4 as a home/office and will never use it as a bedroom so we would turn the closet around that is in there so that it opens up to the hallway outside the bedroom. That way you would have two very large closets (in the same hallway) to store stuff or one could be a food pantry. The large double wide linen cabinet in the master bathroom is fantastic and it came with two slide out laundry baskets in the bottom section that frees up space in the his & hers closets which would normally be where the laundry hampers are located.
