Short answer...no, not golf cart accessible from the Villages. Maybe from Spruce Creek but not from TV.
It is on the west side of 441 in the same shopping center as golf cart connection and comcast (across the street from Walmart). In a pinch, with good legs, you could cart to Walmart and walk across 441 at the light (not highly advisable).
The CVS's in Rolling Acres Plaza and on 466 across from the High School are golf cart accessible.
To your other question, yes, I have been in there...like any other CVS. There was a recent shooting there of one of their employees by her ex-husband...strictly a domestic issue.
