If the OP's numbers are accurate, I think you are misinformed as to the 600 a month. Maybe they sold that many for a few months, but the OP's statistics show a maximum monthly average for a year of 355.25 in 2005 (and 237.5 a month average in 2012). Do you have a different source of statistics than the OP to show, as I'm sure a lot of us would be interested in seeing it? Regardless, a steady 2,000 to 3,000 new homes a year for 20 years straight - is pretty impressive.
