[My Daily Run]

I have refinanced my home up north and the appraiser would take pictures of the outside of my home and basically do a drive-by...I just applied to refinance here and the appraiser came in and took pictures of every room including the messy garage...is that common in Florida...thought it odd since my refi is so much less then the value of my home
