My friends came up with a neat item for her wheelchair and their golf cart. They went to Underglass in Lady Lake and had a trailer built to tow her electric wheelchair with their golf cart. For being a retirement community of about 75,000 people they couldn't see anyone, or find anything like it.
They were referred to them by Mobility Express in Fruitland Park to Underglass. They told them what they needed. Because they had never done one before my friends worked with Underglass to get their needs, sizes, etc. to what was needed. They also worked with Steve's Golf Cars (next to Underclass) to get all the lights and hub cabs.
Now they can go anywhere they want to and not have to worry. In fact they were able to go to the Forever Valentine's Day Concert at the Polo Field, and she was able to use her electric wheelchair!
