Since there are NO doses left, arguing over who should get it first is a moot point. I heard one Congressman in D.C. demand that blacks should get the vaccination first because they are more susceptible to infection than others. Regardless of who is more vulnerable to exposure and infection, those that are in the age group of over 65 are more likely to perish if infected. Other factors are really secondary to that fact. There is absolutely no way they would be able to dispense the vaccine if they had to figure out which ailment is most vulnerable and put that at the top of the list. There would always be someone that has a worse condition.
