Yes Parkwood is suppose to start the fees at 50.00 monthly. They are suppose to have alot of things there like pools, rec center,,, wieght room and so on. I live in Bison Valley and checked all other places out first. I cant think of a place other than Bison Valley I would reather be in. A very nice area right next to everything possible. Got Cart access to all places, that is something Parkwood dont have unless your cart in road legal, and that might be coming to an end from what i hear. Kids in Parkwood driving golf carts down cr-101 on the sidewalk. SCSO said not happening. Parkwood is considered Wildwood and Bison Valley is Oxford. Wildwood Police patroll Parkwood and SCSO Bison Valley
