Dave Towle, senior forecaster at WVLG, gave an excellent presentation about New England winter weather at today's Weather Club meeting. It was a fascinating overview of recent and historical winter storms, which some audience members experienced first hand. Some say February will be a very snowy month for New England -- and so we'll wait to see what happens. Dave even brought a container of snow along, just in case attendees forgot what it looked like. We all agreed that we're glad to be in the Villages and no longer need to use snow shovels. Future club presentations are listed here ...
